What does this dashboard mean?

AI shows “Degraded” — what now?
The model is up but answering slowly or failing some requests. New rankings will still work, just slower. Already-stored tables (Hot List) load instantly from cache, so you can keep browsing.
Why is “Active Streams” empty?
It only lists searches being processed right now. Most queries finish in a few seconds, so an empty list is the normal resting state. If it stays empty for hours, that's a good sign — nothing is queued.
Why can I see other people's search queries?
rnkd.org is built on 100% public human truth. Every search query is logged (with IPs hashed to ip:<8 hex>) so the methodology is auditable. If you'd rather not appear in the feed, use the 🚩 button on the row to request removal — an admin reviews every flag.

What this is: the public IP your browser is connecting from, looked up against a free geolocation service (ipwho.is). Accuracy is city-level — not your street address. If you're on a VPN or proxy, you'll see the VPN exit, not your real location. What we keep: nothing. The lookup happens server-side, the result lives in memory for 5 minutes, then it's gone. It is never logged, never stored, and never linked to your search history.
